James is currently involved in a variety of projects including publishing his first novel, Moral Darkness, a tale of corruption, isolation, loneliness and redemption as seen through the eyes of an immortal social outcast.

The story revolves around a mysterious and questionable protagonist as he attempts to discover what makes him so different than everyone else.   With an unnatural appetite for human blood, our narrator guides us through the twists and turns of his life, trying to keep his secret from ultimately becoming his own demise.  Marcoff's groundbreaking approach attempts to bring a real feeling of humanity and suffering to the tired, old demonic cliches of modern vampire tales.

Moral Darkness serves as a cornerstone for Marcoffs universe, where many of his works are set. Marcoff is already working on the follow-up series to his debut novel entitled, The Apocalypse Trilogy.

Marcoff's variety in his works makes him stand out amongst many of the authors today who may be restricted to only one or two genres. His works include poetry, short stories, children's books, novels, and novellas. He has written works of horror, drama, science fiction, fantasy, comedy and romance.

James is currently involved with MoonTown Cafe, an independent community of writers and poets. Many of his works are featured on the site, where James tries to help other writers with their own material while obtaining valuable feedback on his own works.
